Like every other dealership, staffed with people who truly don’t seem to care for details. I brought my car in to get its first service done, and I asked specially not to get a car wash because I prefer touch-less.i also had to wait 30 minutes to even drop my car off, despite having an appointment at the exact time I arrived. Firstly, I hope that in future you will uphold integrity. It is unacceptable to have condensation in a vehicle's rear lights, especially when the car was brand new from the dealership. I was surprised when you told me it was "NORMAL" for this to happen. I contacted Lexus of USA and showed them the status report from Lexus of Fife. They recommended I get a second opinion from a different location. Find out that the issue was due to inadequate sealing from the factory. I have no idea how Joe pulled this deal off. Long story short, I purchased a black Lexus NX 450h+ 2 weeks ago. I had a hard time finding any 450h+ in the area. Was looking for white version. One was delivered and I asked Joe if I could trade vehicles, thinking no way, but never hurts to ask. Joe was able to put me into the white car with very little difference in payment and term. Beautiful car, very happy and appreciative to Joe for going the extra mile to get me into a car I was looking for.

Great experience at Lexus of Tacoma at Fife. It was a straightforward no hassle experience. David Easterday was the Sales and Leasing consultant at this location, and he was very efficient, knowledgeable, and with good communication skills. He was prompt in all his email replies. We had certain requirements for the car that he made certain were met, and he was very patient with us over a span of 2 months.
