First time I went there but that was Awesome!! The young man, Cole or Carl (sorry Cant remember his name) was so nice and attentive to me when I told him I had no idea what to do or where to go. He just took care of me. And the waiting area amazing! The Sears were so comfortable and So much snacks and drinks of all kinds so awesome! And all the people were so nice! Thank you! I Love my Lexus so much!
The Staff at Lexus of Fife are really friendly and I found the service Advisor Johnny to be really helpful and understanding of what exactly I wanted my car inspected for. I appreciate Johnny cause he actually took the time to input what exactly needs to be checked by the Technicians.
In the middle of a 4,000-mile road trip, 20,000-mile scheduled service was due while we were near Tacoma. Dealership was able to see us without an appointment. Good. Service was very expensive for only 20,000 miles. Techs also found small gash in one tire, which resulted in the need for 4 new tires. Also expensive. Because we were far from home with many miles ahead of us, our options were limited. At least they gave us a coupon for $70 rebate on tires.
