My mother who has mild dementia and poor mobility stayed at Leycester House while I was away (I care for her usually at home). The staff from the management to the nursing staff, to the admin and reception staff and all the others who provided all the other wonderful extras, were all incredibly welcoming when we visited to view the home and then when mum subsequently came to stay.
