My wife and I spent the past year trying to refi and pull some cash for remodeling and 5 other companies promised me that it would go smoothly. Leslie is great. She gets makes everything as simple as possible. She is always responsive to questions and makes everything move so smoothly. Even during the difficulties presented by COVID restrictions this was a very smooth and easy process, all things considered.
There were several "bumps along the way" to closing my reverse mortgage that were unique to my home and situation. Lezley was always available to answer my questions let me know what I needed to do to help the process progress. Once the last hurdle was cleared, closing came to pass very quickly. I enjoyed working with everyone involved and I highly recommend Lezley and her team of associates.
Lezley is honest and trustworthy. We are easily able to get ahold of her with any questions and she is knowledgeable and ready to answer them at any time. Her varied styles of communication, such as email/phone/text, make it easy to communicate with her and the team. We always knew right where we were at during the process which relatives a lot of anxiety. We will continue to do business with Lezley and whichever company she works with!
