Dan has helped us through bad and good. He has be straight forward with us. He has advised us on what to do even if we agreed or not. I trust him with my monetary routes. He even comes out to our house to help us. I think he is a friend of our family. I do not always follow his ideas butt my fault not his. Santa claus is his fortey. I trust him. Dan was amazingly helpful and saved us thousands of dollars!!! Always full of answers to any of my money questions too. He deeply cares about his clients and goes " the extra mile" to make sure we get the best rate. I was near closing our loan with a different company and luckily called Dan in the nick of time, and he walked all over their rates and fees! This is not the first loan I've done through Dan. I now know to never waste my time trying to find good rates through anyone else.

Very helpful, knowledgeable mortgage lender. Has been in the business and has a real understanding about what it takes to get'er done. Excellent job on following through and keeping his word. We had quick turn around on all our questions as well as good customer service. Dan offered to stop by my work and pick up the loan papers to expedite the process. I was very impressed.

Dan is a great loan officer. He responds at all times of the day, is very knowledgeable, helpful and follows through in a timely manner. We feel he always recommends what's he truly believes is best for his client. We have used Dan five times for our home financing needs, and have referred several clients to him, all of whom were very happy with his services and said they will definitely use him again if needed.

We were provided the opportunity to refinace and save 1% on our interest rate through Chase. We contacted Dan's Team, as he was out of town,with the hopes of staying with Dan long term. (we originally started our loan with Dan) They offered to match the 1% chase was offering to get our loan and we agreed to wait for them to go through with it. By the time they got back to us about the refinance the opprotunity had passed. We ended up refinancing with Chase for just over 1/2 %. This was dissapointing as we could have saved an... read more
