Very knowledgeable on the terms of the industry and persistent in learning more in order to make a loan work. Dan came to my house to help me sort through the house building receipts for the home and verify each one after normal work hours in order to keep my loan application on a quick processing track.

Very knowledgeable. Helpful. Pleasant. Compassionate. Did a great job with my Slimline FHA refinance. Saved me over 300.00 a month with a lower interest rate - that was best for me at my age of 80. My own bank of 35 years made promises to help me get a refinance - then just never called me back, nor worked on it at all. I have no experience with the Home Street Bank as yet. If he is their answer to customer help - he then is money in the bank for them - in very satisfied customer relations.
