Easy process and Good Customer service. However, I could not get a full loan to consolidate my debt to one monthly payment, because Credit 9 does not work with Navy Federal Credit Union. Because of this I had to decline 2 small offers and continue to search elsewhere.
My agent, Gina, was very nice and professional....I hope I don't start getting a whole bunch of surveys like this!
