Laura R. has been, by far, the most helpful person I've ever spoken with. I have been in the program a very long time (4 years) and have a specific issue going on, that has yet to be resolved. However, out of the 15 people I have spoken with in the last couple months, Laura has been the most helpful! Great experience with Credit9. The gentleman that assisted me (forget his name) was very professional and was a pleasure to work with. Answered all my questions and went the extra mile to explain in more detail than I asked. Ended up signing and getting a loan with them and happy with the rates and terms.
