I responded to a mailer and wasn’t sure what they were or what they could do for me. The rep was very friendly and answered all of my questions until I felt comfortable making a decision. I’m just at the beginning of the process and feel good about my decision to move forward with the program.

The process was very quick and easy for me. I worked with Josh Lopez who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and was very pleasant and accommodating. All of my questions were answered and I was able to review all paperwork and everything was clearly laid out and explained to me. I didn't feel pressured or intimidated and no question was difficult to answer. I do have to say, I was not expecting the process to be as easy as it was.
