My husband and I purchased an investment home. Our loan was taken care by Simon who made the transaction very smooth and easy. He was always there to answer our emails not just within the same day but within the hour. Always there to answer phone calls and texts. All in all Simon was always on top of the loan requirement and the on top of the whole process.

My wife and I have been trying to get a good loan since February 2019. We went to two other banks before Liberty. Cole Shawhan didnt just get me approved for more than i was asking for, he helped substantially in many ways. Kyle was referred to me by my realtor and I am so glad! I have not purchased a home in 40 years and much has changed in that time! I had contacted two major banks and a credit union when shopping for a mortgage, and Kyle was BY FAR much more responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered every question I had in a timely manner and my loan was processed without a hitch. I highly recommend him as a lender and I am not easy to please!
