My wife and I have been trying to get a good loan since February 2019. We went to two other banks before Liberty. Cole Shawhan didnt just get me approved for more than i was asking for, he helped substantially in many ways. I’d like to personally thank Cole for making the home buying experience as effortless as possible. From the onset he was there to answer any questions that I had, both during and after businesses hours. Liberty Mortgage has the team that every first time home buyer or refinancer wants to deal with. They are patient with you and make sure that you understand the process and what is to come next. Kyle was referred to me by my realtor and I am so glad! I have not purchased a home in 40 years and much has changed in that time! I had contacted two major banks and a credit union when shopping for a mortgage, and Kyle was BY FAR much more responsive, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered every question I had in a timely manner and my loan was processed without a hitch. I highly recommend him as a lender and I am not easy to please!

Scott helped us every step of the way and even went way beyond! He’s extremely knowledgeable and quick to answer any question thrown his way, and explain in a way anyone can understand.
