Responded quick and was the first out of 5 lenders to actually get me approved. He gets the job done. Even though the fees are a little more than I would like, he did get the job done. Which I feel is a fair trade. All in all, I am very happy with the outcome. I'd do it again.

My husband and I worked with Liberty Home Mortgage because another lender fell through at the last minute. We had to close on our home within two weeks or lose the deal and they made it happen! We worked with Khash and Rachel and both were very helpful through the whole process.

Rob Dawson is truly awesome! I needed to close in 25 days and he made it happen! When I say I was updated every step of the way I mean it. Lol the wife even knew my name (Alford). If you’re in the market for a new home please give Rob a call.

Rob Dawson has been super professional at all times. My husband and I could not have done this without him.Rob had suggested us to pay half of the closing costs through our loan and it worked. Cole was great to work with and very accommodating to make sure we were able to get the best results for our personal goals. He made the whole transaction much more comfortable and easy to progress through. He is very knowledgeable on the entire mortgage field.

We had alot a bumps in the road for me. Both of my parents had passed away unexpectedly and to keep the house we had lived in for the last 30 years, i had to refinance what they still owed. Even while waiting for probate court and final payoffs from other places Tom had checked in on me regularly and kept me update with anything happening on his end. Explained the application process and everything in between. Always answered any questions i had even if they were little.

I had trouble getting approved by other lenders due to being 1099; however, Rob was able to work things out to get me approved. Good overall experience.

So here's the deal. Kyle knew from the get go that we were in no hurry, needed to find the EXACT house that was going to meet our crazy family's needs, and that we were going to have a LOT of questions! Not only did he stick it out with us for almost 6 months until we found "THE ONE", he was literally available any time we needed a question answered, and there was never any pressure during this process.
