Kelly and Sarah were absolutely amazing. From start to finish, they were both thorough, supportive and helpful. Kelly helped me through the entire process, including several phone conversations, as this was my first home purchase. She was patient and made sure I had all I needed. She also took her time in quoting me my cash to close and helped me understand when that amount changed (out of her control). I wouldn't consider going to anyone else after the amazing experience I had!

She walked us through every step of the process sending text messages and emails so we knew where we stood and how things were progressing. She was ALWAYS available to answer our questions and explain the confusing aspects of getting a mortgage. We really appreciated her professionalism and the way she put us at ease. Such a great experience. Being as young as I am, I did not know really anything at all when going into this process. Rob was so very helpful and had no issue answering any and all of my questions. He took his time to explain everything and eventually it felt like we were a team working together for the one end goal. I truly would recommend him for any of your house loaning needs. Thankful for his kindness and help throughout the buying process.
