As a first time homebuyer I was overwhelmed with the process but Kelly Ann was efficient and effective in telling me what she needed, when she needed it and explained everything thoroughly without a lot of jargon. Her team was always timely, positive and excited for me throughout the entire process. I was cleared to close in just 15 days.
