What an unbelievable experience with LMH. Chad Plummer is the best. Down to earth, listened to my needs, and put in 115% effort to make it happen. My situation was so unique but the entire team including Chad at LMH made it happen. I would recommend them to anyone. My wife and I just purchased our first home, a feat that would not have been possible without Harry. Although the process was long and arduous, he walked beside us through every single hardship. Kate was a dream to work with. She made the process easy to understand. She was always available to guide us in the right direction. I cannot recommend Harry enough. As first time buyers, he answered every question I’ve had (I had a lot of them!) and never made me feel stupid for asking something. He was there around the clock and his work ethic is the reason a lot of things worked in our favor at the closing table. While I hope to be in this home for a very long time, if I had to buy a house again tomorrow, I would 100% go through Harry every single time!

So, I came into this process a little blind. I thought all I needed were the funds for a down payment( boy was I WRONG). David took time out of his day and sometimes even his weekends to explain to me in detail and in terms that helped me understand.
