David was super helpful through my house hunting process. He was able to feel a preapproval to me really quick, and then gave me the final checklist right up front so I knew exactly what to bring him for the final paperwork way down the line. He always kept me in the loop with updates on appraisals, loan status, and what documents we were waiting on.
