I requested the loan to pay for house repairs. I had to get those house repairs in order to get the loan even though I told you I needed those funds upfront to pay for those repairs. When I had questions about what to do, the most popular answer was "I don't know". I was also told my funds would be in my account on the 29th. I did not receive my funds on the 29th. Overall my experience was great. The only glitch was that some documents were requested more than once. And some documents were self explanatory and required multiple additional documents to clarify.
Everything went very smoothly and quickly.
Great from beginning to end
Everything was communicated quickly and clearly. I didn’t speak much with Liem and I think he only emailed a couple of times. The process was painless.
Everything was well organized and planned. Communication could have been a little better, but overall it was a great experience.
The payoff to all credit cards and loans would have great to have them deal with it directly instead of us having to send it individually. One of the check the was disbursed to us to pay a loan is now needing to get reprinted due to the creditor place requesting check payments to be made to a different place. We will now have to go back to PennyMac to send the title place new instructions of how to cut the check.
