I had to deliver the same documents more than once without additional explanation. , It was difficult to understand where I was in the process or what was the next step. , It was difficult to get in touch with a loan officer.
When I called my loan officer, I was directed to one person who was very impatient with me. I told him so. The other officers, Liem and Christopher were quite pleasant & professional. Loan was recalculated at closing due to error by underwriter.
Liem has been so outstanding and my rock throughout the process. I want to say that everyone that has helped were amazing. Thank you so very much.
