Being from out of state ( CA ), I needed a small storage to move my son’s belongings from his Boarding High School until he moves into College at Tufts. So basically I needed a summer storage. Life Storage was the perfect solution. It was easy to make a reservation online. Maria is the BEST! I was already anxious dealing with my own rental car nightmare at the Airport and She went above and beyond and made sure our needs were meet. I suggest going online, you get better rates.
Had to call over an issue I was having ( my fault not theirs) and they could not be more helpful). If I could offer one piece of advice however, give G a raise. She went absolutely above and beyond for me when she didn’t need to. I will def be utilizing them in the future.
Had a great experience checking into my unit. Gi was very proficient in her new position and made the transaction quick and easy.
Best customer service. Nadia was very knowledgeable and professional. She provided exceptional customer service. The only reason i decided renting with this storage unit was because of her. Thanks Nadia!
