The online reservation system takes and confirms reservations for facilities that will not be available upon your arrival. My reservations for a specific type of unit were not honored, nor was that of the person coming in after me. Local management looked through several of their printed reservations, and found multiple reservations that were confirmed for facilities that hadn't been available at that location for over a month. It was moving time for local college students, and the attitude was "Too Bad.
Great Speacial I needed a storage unit fast! I love how easy and fast it was to sign up and reserve. My first monthâs rent was free, that was also a plus.

Well trained and courteous staff. Trusted the quality of their service. I needed a place to to declutter my home for staging. I was lucky to find what I needed nearby at Life Storage in Savannah. I found the staff to be knowledgeable about the details of the company contract. They were able to answer my questions and made sure I clearly understood everything before signing. Quick and easy Nice facility and very easy to access. Looks like decent security with gated access.

Nice Facility Agent on duty was very friendly and helpful. Facility was clean and neat and seem to run smoothly. I am concerned that the roll door will not stay up so I am going to have figure something out for that.
