Your billing office is a nightmare. This business claims to help with mental health issues, but you all have been causing me so much more depression/anxiety. Before your company bought out my doctor's office, there were no issues. But ever since it became "LifeStance" it has been awful and there is no communication to the patient or the workers. Everything takes months to resolve, if resolved at all. Your billing office will say it's my insurance's fault and then I will contact insurance and they point out how it's your bill... read more
