I’m very sorry to say, but my experience with this establishment has been horrible. I have been a “member” for a couple years now. In the beginning they seem nice and seem to be knowledgeable. However, it became evident that if there’s an actual issue with your pet, there seems to be no actual understanding or ability to diagnose the problem and they will try to just get whatever money they can from you, having no compassion for your pets problem. Additionally I cannot begin to say how many times there’s been miscommunicatio... read more

Vet barely acknowledged my dog. Was only interested in up selling me on tests, services. She did not even kneel down to touch my dog. Never said he looks in good health, or bad. Just said needs dental work and this test and that test. Here is information on insurance etc. Felt transactional vs care and concern for well being of my pet. Will not return. 2 stars bc the vet tech and front desk staff was very nice. Vet was awful.

The experience was absolutely horrible. No one there knows anything of what’s going on with their patients. It’s like the blind leading the blind in that facility. We had an app for both animals because we were told they both needed vaccines to only find out that one of our pets already had all the shots needed. Huge waste of our time. Not to mention we get there on time all the time and have to wait an extra 15-20 every time before we even get back to a room. Then to wait even longer for someone to see us. We will never rec... read more

My aunt is a senior citizen and unable to post, so she asked me to post the following on her behalf. My aunt’s dog of 17 years recently died within 2 days of having dental work performed by Dr. Koral Solorzano at the Lifetime Animal Care Center. Even at 17 years old, he was running around and chasing my aunt's daughter's dog just the day before the dental visit. It was not explained to my aunt that her dog would need to be put under anesthesia (and therefore, the risks associated for a 17 year old dog were also not explain... read more

2 years back I decided to switch my vet to this one and they were great. Over the past year the care has completely fallen by the wayside. There's constant miscommunication, double billing, fearmongering to get services and vaccines done that I don't want to get done, and it seems as if no one is paying close attention to anything they're doing, I'm honestly afraid to bring my dog back for his teeth cleaning because I don't want something to go wrong, or get charged for a million things last minute when I'm on a budget to b... read more
