Brought my ktty in yesterday to get her yearly checkup and to get some help with some of my concerns with her eating habits. Dr Souza thoroughly examined my cat. She followed up with all the test results and was very patient as she answered all my questions. Our previous vet retired after 30 plus years. I was concerned that I would not find someone that I could trust with my animals. I am very happy with our decision.

We have been taking our cats to Lifetime Animal Care Center for over 18 years. Our newly adopted cats, Murphy and Bogie were just in for check-ups this week. Dr. Greer was caring and thorough while examining our Maine Coon, Bogie. She took the time to explain procedures, plan of care, medications and next actions. I was impressed at how professional the staff and doctor was with my cat, even though I couldn’t be with her, I was still kept informed of what they wanted to suggest for her via phone call and they didn’t try to up-sell me with services...they did provide a quote for teeth cleaning (Charlotte is 9 after all) but I didn’t feel pressured into accepting it on the spot! That is awesome customer service!!
