Each technician was peachy to work with, and Dwight has messaged with me himself in order to ascertain my needs, the cost (competitive!) and to arrange for HIS STAFF TO CALL ME to schedule rather than asking me to call in. Now THAT'S a different level of reaching out, and it's awesome.

Life time Heating response was very fast as soon I sent a message to them via Facebook and the customer service lady that called me to make the appointment was so nice and energetic and they send me a guy name Bobby Lewis, the nicest service technician guy I ever met. RecommendedWe had a great experience yesterday. Our tech Bobby called ahead and offered to come early. He was knowledgeable, professional and safety conscious. We felt very comfortable with him in our home. He was able to quickly diagnose our problem. Our son now knows the intake is not where we store scrap paper or card tricks gone wrong.
