RecommendedIn December 2019 our furnace went out My husband called Aqualine Heating and Plumbing from Tacoma to replace the furnace and add a heat pump to our system so we would have air conditioning. The installers were very unprofessional and it took them 3 days to do the work! We knew nothing about heating and air conditioning systems, perfect victims for unscrupulous contractors. RecommendedI was told I needed a new heat pump/furnace system which would cost me 23000.00. I dr used to get a second opinion. Lifetime came out and leveled out the heat pump, lubricated it and added some Freon . They checked the furnace too! Guess what....I don’t need a new system after all! Thank you Lifetime!

Communication before the appointment was just enough that I wasn't left wondering and not so much that I was bothered. They assessed the problem, told me the solution, and then proceeded to take care of it out of courtesy. They didn't leave a trace of their visit except for a working fan.
