RecommendedService was extremely prompt (despite the snow chaos) and Luis, the technician solved the problem quickly at much less expense than anticipated. He also gave me a working knowledge of what would need to be done in the future to best maintain my system. It had been worrying me a lot and previous technicians from another company had suggested incredibly expensive "fixes" that even with my limited knowledge did not sound right. I felt like Luis knew what he was doing and would give excellent service at a very fair price.
