RecommendedOver the past few years Darrick has come to our house to keep our old heat pump running as good as possible. When it finally was beyond repair he set me up with a great new heat pump and air handler. The old one never worked as good as the new system. Thanks Darrick, we love it
Darrick has helped me on multiple occasions and most recently performed a full HVAC service at my home. I've unfortunately been cleaning up a mess from other HVAC companies for a few years, and with Lifetime's help, I finally have a system that is running smoothly. Looking forward to Lifetime doing our maintenance from now on.

Service department was amazing. Came out and had things to fix our heat pump on the truck. They had recommended to start the process to replace our system as it is aging. Had an appointment set up for the sales guy (Bobby) to give us a quote. He showed up an hour early and was upset we were not home. I told him we didn’t need a quote anymore.

I scheduled a basic service, he was in my house actually performing work for about 5 minutes. We mentioned that the switch to turn our fireplace on was a little touchy, he went over to it, flipped in on and off several times really fast, and said there you go! All fixed! Just had to knock the build up off. That was Tuesday, now it’s Thursday and the switch is still acting up. He spent more time trying to sell me on monthly service then he did performing work.
