Overall, product seems good and price competitive. Biggest complaints are: "salesy / pushy" sales process, not meeting schedule, dragging punch list out, cleanliness / professionalism of install crew (didn't cover hard wood floors, also caught installer climbing on my kitchen counters with his boots...

I worked with Dee and Tim and I was impressed with the professionalism and good work that they and their crews did. The did more than the initial bid and even corrected some work which I was not clear about from the start. I was very pleased with working with them. I will call them again if I need...
