The sales and installation staff were very professional! They went made sure things were done right. We had a little billing issue; however LifeTime realized the mistake and were very apologetic as they resolved the issue. They showed a lot of integrity as the issue was resolved.
Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Our salmon was helpful and knowledgeable. (We had 3 other companies bid on our large job.) Lifetime was terrific in meeting all our needs. Scheduling was easy and the installation went flawlessly on our 30 year old house.
I have 10 rental homes, so this was the first of the ten that I will be having them do. This is a 0 year old house, but it looks brand new.
