I thought they did a good job, I liked their products and they were professional, but they do need to have more communication with customers about payments.

Not stellar. 3 months to receive the 2 sliding glass door order (Started in June). On install day, LW couldn't install the doors because they didn't fit. Several weeks later (now in Sept) the same doors were brought back and installed. However, no door handles, screen door didn't fit, and trim was broken....
