LightHeart Mental Health has been great to work with so far. They made getting started with a therapist easy. Their online appointment and messaging portal is easy to use as well.

I love my therapist so much. She is one of the best mental health providers I have ever had and is a crucial part of my healing journey.
My psychiatrist is wonderful, but trying to get any responses from medication management or anyone in the office is difficult. Medication management took so long to get back to me about my medication refill that I had to cut the last 6 tablets of my medication in half so they'd last me longer. It took the full 12 days this gained me to hear back from them and finally get my refill. These medications are keeping me alive so having to drop down to a half dose was very bad for my SI!
