My therapist is great, but I have had to pay $40 for every session when I was quoted at only $10. It has been over a month since I have started reaching out about this issue and no one has gotten back to me with a response. The system seems to be set up in an overconvoluted way because everyone that I can reach over the phone has no answers for me and I am not getting a timely response on the emails I sent. I cannot afford to continue my therapy at this price and I don't know what to do.
Sage is fantastic! She truly helps me work through things and has really good coping mechanisms to teach me. I do have a few issues that have nothing to do with the provider the online app, it hardly ever works. I have had issues with saving my credit card details and uploading my insurance details. It will say it’s saved but then the info isn’t really saved.
