Nicole was a great help! Quick and efficient service thank you for setting us up with a storage unit of our liking.
I have been checking out self storage units around Westminster and found this storage conveniently located on beach blvd. I came in to inquire about prices and Danny helped me through the whole process. He was really cool and showed me all the sizes and prices and explained everything I needed to do. I decided to make a reservation and Nicol set me up with my storage. You can't beat the price for a 10x5 size storage. And the staff was very helpful. Highly recommended.
The receptionist is very helpful and the customer service is spectacular. Thank you. Would highly recommend

Customer service was great, really helpful! We needed a spot in the OC area and lighthouse storage got it done for us.
Customer service was great and Manager Nicol was awesome. Everything was super detailed over the phone and was able assist with selecting the correct unit. She was kind enough to skip her scheduled lunch to assist with setting up paperwork while I was on the way in. Assisted with everything over the phone and was kind enough to get me the best deal with everything on pricing. Appreciate her very much. Nicol deserves a raise for being an excellent customer service person.
