Awesome staff! Very helpful and informative. We had a different storage unit elsewhere that was dirty and raised the rate without telling us. This place is very clean!
Truly superb staff and coordinators. I've been sick for a while and getting better. Lucy and Dan were quite patient, really took the time to explain things without doing a "sell the product" speech. They didn't need to. The storage facility speaks for itself. Dan does his vigilant rounds at least 3x a day to ensure no strange happenings. It's my first time renting out a storage unit, and Danny the manager was super helpful/patient & kind while going through the regulations and policies with me. His customer service was great from the start because of his friendly attitude and positive energy, but what stood out to me the most & truly appreciate was him walking me to locate my storage unit so that I wouldn't be confused coming back on my own later. The manager, Danny, will give you the great service. He's super friendly and funny. Everywhere is cleaned carefully. The price is reasonable.
This place is amazing. The staff here was offer the friendly service and treat me so nice. Will definitely come back!!!
