The staff is super friendly very attentive as soon as you walk in. The location is clean and easy to get around. Booked mine online so everything is fast and very affordable. Definitely recommending this place to those I know.
My wife and I went to the Westminster location to reserve a unit on Saturday, June 27. As soon as we got in the door, we were greeted by a very sweet lady, Cathy. Cathy was very patient with us as we asked to see multiple units. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Danny made the whole storage rental process easy, fun, and stress-free. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. His positive attitude made what could have been a boring task a genuinely enjoyable experience. The facility was clean, and the customer service was outstanding. If you're looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend asking for Danny--you'll be in great hands!

She helped guide me to see a few different sizes with my own eyes, to help me gauge and judge which size was best for my needs. Some sizes I had been looking at online where unavailable when I get there, the worker was very flexible in helping me find an alternative size to fulfill my needs. Admittedly I came in a little late, the visit ended up lasting a little long, but the worker very willing stayed a few extra minutes to helped ... read more
