Customer service was great and Manager Nicol was awesome. Everything was super detailed over the phone and was able assist with selecting the correct unit. She was kind enough to skip her scheduled lunch to assist with setting up paperwork while I was on the way in. Assisted with everything over the phone and was kind enough to get me the best deal with everything on pricing. Appreciate her very much. Nicol deserves a raise for being an excellent customer service person.

I've been calling around and visiting many storage sites for the past week and so far the reps here are very nice and super upfront about the fees and charges, whereas other prices couldn't give me any info about price increases or prices after their "promo" period ends. Since I needed long term storage, this gave me peace of mind that I won't have to move again for a while. Another main reason I chose this location was because it was clean, felt a lot safer than many places, had great access time and helpful staff.
