Me & my wife Janice have been using Lighthouse SS for 2 years. Units are climate controlled & ZERO PROBLEMS. I lost my unit keys so I called to see how to remedy the situation. Andrea had great customer service! She told me the process, fees & expressed empathy for lost keys. Great SS w/ matching customer service.
