I signed up for this last year in the end of the winter season and beginning of spring. I received a “promotional offer” from a wedding expo. I believe this offer is just the standard pricing but used as a grabber to have you sign up. I decided to try because the woman I worked with was very convincing and connected the service to how I could look fabulous for my wedding the upcoming September. Horrible customer service and lies. They told me about their HELP card- no interest for 1 year and didn't have to make monthly payments. That turned out to be a bunch of crap. I was soon HOUNDED by the HELP Card company for payments. I made a large payments (around $300.00). I was told that would be good for the next few months. Sure enough, the next month rolls around, and they are calling me telling me my account is past due and I would need to make a payment immediately to avoid late charges. I began treatment at a LightRx Face & Body location in Indianapolis, Indiana. About halfway through my treatments, I hadn't noticed any change. I was being treated on a weekly basis for about 8 weeks for stomach and flank fat-melting. When I didn't notice any change, I asked to be refunded for my unused treatments. The director advised me that they didn't offer refunds, but instead, I could have a credit towards another procedure. My overall experience with LightRx (formerly Premier Laser Spa of Pittsburgh) was not the best. It started off rocky when the manager misled me on the final price. It wasn't until I drove back to LightRx (45 miles one way) a few days later to sign, that I realized the final price was much higher than what we had discussed. After speaking with a representative in the corporate office, a reasonable price was negotiated.
