<p>I don’t recommend LightRX treatments at all. I heard of the place on the radio show mojo in the morning by Shanon which she spoke very high of the treatments that are good for nothing! I started with Viva treatment, I was told by the manager of the branch in Shelby MI that the results will not show until 8 months after the treatment is completed! I would not recommend this treatment at all. Spent over $4000 for different items before my wedding. I ended up barely seeing any changes. I did the ketosis diet and exercise by itself after months from this and had better results than this scam. I did the payment option and I decided to pay off the $4k early and now I'm getting hit up with all these other charges left and right. DO NOT DO THIS!
DO NOT use this company or believe them if they claim to throw in somethinf for free. I signed up for 2 separate packes paying over $6000. I ended up canceling due to how painful the Sculpture treatment was (felt like my skin was being burned off my body). It took me 4 months to get the refund for the first package. For the second package, they are charging me for the 8 FREE treatments that were added into my package - that they told me to come in and use while waiting for the equipment to arrive. Went to Light Rx location in the Galleria area of Houston, TX after searching non-invasive methods of treating the fat around my abdominal area. My initial consultation was with Stacie (sp) who was very confident that the Venus Light Therapy and Sculpsure treatment package would work great for me. I was advised that 8 Venus light therapy sessions along with 1 Sculpsure session would definitely render me a 25% reduction in my abdominal area. This place is a scam. After spending thousands of dollars, I was promised guaranteed reduction of 80%. When this clearly did not happen, the manager told me they would continue to treat me until I saw the necessary reduction. Fast forward to now, the "new manager" has lectured me how this place was bought by LightRX and they are honoring my contract in "good faith" but will not continue to treat me until I see 80% reduction because it wasn't their company that made the contract. Treated poorly by staff when I complained. I had 3 days on a Saturday where the technician did not show up. I had one occasion where technician cut my appt short because they weren't feeling well, also on a Saturday. When I spoke to the manager, she claimed she was unaware that her employee was late yet in the next sentence says that they have to punch in so she knew when they were getting to work. Either the technician "Saba" in Maple Grove needs to return to school or the brand new equipment sucks. After 4 treatments ZERO RESULTS. Today 4/24/18 I go in and they tell me they fired their office manager and now our contracts are no longer valid. They claim she didn't charge us enough money, but I know she charged what the online ad special stated. DONT BE TRICKED!
