I went in for my first ever botox treatment. Tons of availability for consult but only able to actually book appointment for Thursdays. It was stressed that I must arrive on time or would be rescheduled yet I was not taken back until over 30 minutes after my appointment time. Staff was very friendly and nurse was happy to answer all my questions. I am not pleased with the results. I went in for a Botox appointment and felt very uncomfortable with how unorganized and unprofessional the experience was. Two staff members were already in the room discussing discounts and dosing, and then a third lady—possibly the manager—walked in suddenly, spoke very strictly, and shut down the discount conversation, saying their policy doesn’t allow discounts on Groupon payments. Office is welcoming , staff is super nice . But absolutely no improvement from the legacy treatments whatsoever. I’ve had 23 treatments thus far , I’ve never missed a treatment ,I’m drinking water , eliminated caffeine , eating healthy and I work out about 2 hours a day. I haven’t noticed even the slightest bit of improvement. Extremely disappointing.

I went for my face, spent $2400. and got NO results. No refund. NOboby cared. Because the customer service girl LIED to me..Be careful of this company. Everybody lied to me. Thats a lot of money for NOTHING
