I used their services for laser lipo and I was happy. I purchased a cool sculpting package that I did not use at all. Did not attend the appointment for it, even have proof of this. I did not use the service because I am now pregnant. I was told the refund for $948 would take 30-60 days. I’m 49. days in. This is day 49. No refund. If I could give negative stars, I would. I purchased a ScluptSure treatment under the impression I was purchasing something different as the lady did not explain the product to me properly. Not even 24 hours after I purchased it, I called to get a refund because I was sold something that I didn’t understand completely. I've been trying to get my refund back. Because of COVID19 and all the issues with rescheduling, I decided not to go ahead with the company. I have contacted the finance agency they put me through on several occasions as well as charlottelightrx through emails to no avail. I am no longer in a position to get the procedures and am seeking the refunds to be put back into my account. I keep getting the run around.

The Groupon I purchased has the picture of the Venus Legacy being used and not the RxLipo. I guess you can call that misleading advertisement. I anticipated a Venus Legacy since I already had that experience and was happy with the result - the Groupon price made it affordable. I follow the pre and post instructions period. The bottom line is I purchased the Groupon with a Venus Legacy assumption of being used but turned out I was provided RXLipo. Do not go here. The customer service is terrible. I have never been seen on time. Impossible to reschedule - next available appointments are 2+ months out. I paid for laser hair removal treatment and they did not ask anything about body tattoos, etc. I come to learn you should NOT get laser hair removal on an area where you have a tattoo. They suggested it would be fine and to not worry about it. This business should be shut down. Read and trust the reviews! AVOID this rip-off company!! I have pretty bad sun spots on my hands. I got one laser treatment elsewhere for $150 about five years ago and after a lot of the pigment came to the surface and flaked off, I was stunned with the difference! I couldn't afford additional treatments at the time (three is often recommended to maximize the results), and they eventually came back. This place is a rip off..don't waste your money.. I work out on a regular and was getting treatments and did not miss an appointment. The only results I got was knots in my stomach area that will not move....The customer service was good but the process is a TOTAL rip off. Financing is a rip off as well. I was never late with payment and sent a check in for the last promotional time frame that did not get posted in time and they charged me $300 in interest with a $0 balance.
