They always accommodate me or try at least. My mother is 84 and it’s been in the hospital three times in a month. I’m constantly changing appointments because of this. They really helped me try to rearrange.

I love the gals working at your Novi Michigan location. Kaitlyn, Danielle, and Sage. They are friendly, confident, knowledgable, competent, and assuring to every patient. They go out of their way to make each patient feel important , they value the patient’s time and schedule to be accommodating in every way. As busy as they are , they take as much time as each patient’s needs to explain the procedures, after effects and even side effects. Wery relaxing atmosphere! The staff is very friendly. Leaving the spa after my laser treatment I'm feeling relaxed and energized. Highly recommend for every one who is in doubt to try and see for itself.
