I spent over &4000 dollars of hard earned money…and weeks and weeks.. and hours and hours of my time for almost NO RESULTS!! And as my treatment was coming to a close.. the tech started telling me I needed more and different treatments every single week…. SO DISAPPOINTED!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

They filed bankruptcy on 2/22/19. DO NOT GO TO ANY LIGHTRX. They are still trying to take peoples money. Scott D. MacDonald and RIchard Morgan are the owners. THey did this 4 years ago under a different company name and now did it again to steal peoples money. Been calling and no one has called me back I'm trying to get my refund back been months please help me
No call back from novi office like I was promised very upset with this company will be reporting them to the BBB I recently discovered the the location that I have been receiving services from permanently closed without informing any of its clients. I am absolutely sickened by this, as I have purchased several thousands of dollars worth of services from this company and have not received all of my treatments. I have not been in several months was promised a refund
I purchased a venus package of 10 visits for $4500. After 10 visits and not seeing results they gave me 4 complimentary visits. Still no change. They said some people just don't get the results they are looking for. Well for $4500 I expected to see results. I'm very disappointed that they did not suggest anything more other than asking me to purchase more visits. Why would I purchase more visits when the visits I paid for did not work. On a positive note, the girls that work there are very sweet and nice.
Absolutely terrible they still owe me money for services that were never completed. Follow through is terrible stay clear of them :(
