Their negligence cost me a trip to urgent care. The esthetician wrongfully applied a chemical sunscreen to my face where it was noted in my initial consultation & file I’ve had allergic reactions to. I went to Lightrx in *********, ** and started my session on 5/3/23 with 11 treatments and it ended on 7/22/23 was told that the treatments i received would work. At first, the manager told me that i didn't need to do anything, then as time went on and having different people to my treatment. I got laser treatment before at Ideal Image, and everything worked totally fine after only a couple of sessions. Then, I wanted to continue laser treatment on the entire rest of my body, and I found a Groupon for Light RX. It was a bit far away from my house, but I felt like the good deal would be worth it. I have a scar closed to my eyes . As the result of their treatment . All the reviews from other peoples are very true. Because it happen to me too .I have a permanent *********** to my eyes. I went to the LightRx in canton and was told these specific treatments would work and that it was a small amount of money. That small amount of money ended up being over $3,500, $400 a month with no results. I bought full 10 sessions of laser epilation. They told me I will see at least 80% of result. I wanted to stop after I received 5 sessions because I didn't see any change. Manager of that location convinced me to finish all to see the result. Unfortunately, I didn't see any result. I paid $2700. I want my money back.

She went in to get more information and the Director approached me with what would be an amazing and life changing procedure.
