Refused to refund money for service. Since COVID-19 no one has reached out to ask about refund. Service I paid for was discontinued and they wouldn't refund so I accepted 3 sessions. Didn't think they was working and they refused to refund money for last session

I wish i could give them a 0 i went in for consult and i felt trapped you could tell they were full of bull c*** It was all a show to get me in there and convenience me that the package I wanted off groupon would make no difference unless i spent $3,000 which i was not willing to do and i said no im out of here and she would not let me leave she offered the $3,000 for $1,100 before i left but did not want to even buy the 8 laser lipo package on sale and try ....she wanted the big money or nothing... tried to pressure me that... read more

The treatments are ineffective, but I kept trying. They kept talking me into spending MORE money to get better results. So - over the course of the year, I spent over $10,000 on facials, machines, and injectables - for what?My ******************, and abs are at best, a 10% improvement, due to the "injectables". The machines and the facials are worthless, including TWO chemical peels that never peeled. So, needless to say DO NOT waste your money on these snake-oil salesmen. PLEASE READ! I would give 0 stars if I could, but here we go. The associate doing the laser lipo basically told me it is ineffective. Said I would only see results if I ended up spending thousands more. Why sell it if its supposedly ineffective?? The whole time I was bombarded with more expensive packages ranging from 1k up to 3k. Stay away from Light RX. The lipo doesn't work. They will refuse to refund you for anything even if its a complete package that has not been touched. The lipo in the Treat 2 Complete and the Bliss is a waste of money. I went in with an open mind and tried it and it does not work. It will destroy your actual muscle mass and strength leaving you with exactly what you wanted to get rid of. Awful customer service. They kept me waiting in a room for over 15 minutes with the machine beeping that it was ready before they checked in on me and admitted they forgot about me. Then at todays appt they told me I had the wrong time. Upon further discussion, I find out they booked my session under someone elses name ! When I told them they were being unprofessional, they said I was being nasty. Also- no results since I started treatment.

SYAY AWAY FROM ********** LIGHT RX. READ THEIR REVIEWS. THEY ARE NOT BBB APPROVED! Never in my life have I been more upset with the service or outcome of an establishment such as yhis. After spending nearly $3,000.00, ***** NOTHING. Go to a different Medspa. They're all over Greenville and surrounding areas.You can take your lousy $25 refund and take a class on professionalism or perhaps how to be a better LIAR?

Im beyond mad now Just receiving new emails from ******* stating that they just now placed the refund today on 7/28/22 They are LIARS I hav emails stating they did the refund ON THE 20th I did a little research before even going in since I had both hips replaced and of course the areas I had wish to be done; that cold therapy should be fine.Not knowing anything about HEAT therapy which this is what they do.
