I went in looking for a simple laser hair removal on my face and they said they had a deal where it was $4,000. I asked if I could do payments and they said I could. But they did not make it clear it was through a loan company, I was not aware of that. I did not want a loan, I thought it was more of a credit card. I got scammed and I paid them $1,200 upfront for only having 2 sessions and they ended up maxing out my loan limit of $3,500. I too was scammed by this business. I paid $2500. hoping to lose some belly fat. I wet thru all the treatments over a 3 month period. This was at the ********************** location. They were so friendly when I first was there and paid my money, but at the end there wasn't a smile in the place. Products advertised DO NOT WORK. I did their ********************* treatment to loose stubborn fat in my abdomen, originally I wanted to get real lipo but decided to try laser first. This company is a joke and their business model is to scam people. They do not deserve a star. I have had to fight for months to get money back for canceled services after terrible experiences with the Water Tower location and then the *********** location. I paid alot of money for injections that I did not get, I got something else in my face and then was not refunded the difference. I switched locations and it only got worse. After my car accident and suffering a brain injury, i felt self conscious about my body and was talked into getting the Venus/Bliss ******* pretty easily. Asking to fix my portal about my payment. I asked to cancel the facial treatments because it was a bad dream for me. My face got burnt from treatments. It should be only the lipo treatments in my account. The manager told me she already reached out them to closed the payment and it should donein 24 hrs. It was last month. But today the portal from email I received still the same amount I owe. Can u please help me with this. My husband is so ****** off about this issue. I'm wasting my money for this.

Light RX ***********, ** (stone oak) is a joke. Not once did they ever disclose any cancellation or rescheduling fees. Ive been coming here for a good year now and with every facial my face never improved! It just looks more burnt and scarred than ever before. They will overcharge you for treatments because they are thieves. Treatments that dont work.
