It's been a fantastic experience at LightRX. The whole staff is excellent and efficient. I would especially mention Lucia for her excellent knowledge and highly efficient handling of the client's requirements. I would also like to mention Shucona for her fabulous way of treating clients before, during, and after the treatments. She gives beneficial suggestions to follow post-treatment. I would highly recommend this place to go.

The Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Lucille and Shucona are amazing! Very skilled and made my experience very much at ease. They go out of there way to make sure the customer gets what they want or looking for with their treatment. The Tyson's office is a great safe haven. I would highly recommend them.

Everything. First couple times, I was not schedule. At times I had to wait over 30min. They never actually care weather I made a difference, they were all focus on money and getting new clients . Last staff had no experience and I felt I lost money. I wouldn’t recommend to any of my friends . I had a really bad experience and I felt I lose money by buying more of what they offer .

I am not happy at all with the results I received from LightRx. I went for a consultation and instead signed up as a client for melisma therapy. They promised me that the treatment would completely remove my melisma. I spent $2000 for nothing. It didn’t work at all. They are scam. Don’t believe anything from Light RX employees. Don’t throw your money into trash.

I had an appointment at 2:15 and ten minutes later. I am still waiting. It isn't straightforward to have appointments. It would be best to have more personnel to accomplish the scheduled times.
