Lilly Capeles was super friendly and attentive! When called or texted she was always very prompted to answer or return any calls or text messages no matter day nor time I reached out to her. Lilly has done an amazing job from beginning to end. I was preapproved and eight days later I received an approval “Power Bid” which allowed my offers to be stronger. She is great picking up her calls and responding to emails. Answered all my questions in a timely manner. Finally we got an accepted offer and closed in 20 days. I recommend her 100%
