I was very pleased with my Refinance application process with the Bank of America, Lillan Capeless was knowledgeable, prompt and professional throughout the process. She found out a better rate even after we agree on an initial mortgage interest rate. I will highly recommend her service.

I am glad that I made the decision to work with BoA through Lilly, she was extremely helpful and always available , thanks to her I was able to finish the mortgage approval process a week before my closing date. She was very understanding of my concerns, and supportive, throughout the process, I would recommend her as a responsible loan officer which is one of the most important things you would need to consider.

Honestly at beginning we were not sure getting a mortgage from big bank like BOA; however after starting to work with Lillian, we realized that she is not only very nice but also very professional.
