The Cadillac truck was very nice and clean. The driver ***** did not have the best customer service or communication. I was trying to communicate with him about his ETA and the kind of car he was driving. ***** was not listening to me and only stated what time he was suppose to arrive at my destination. I would use this company again and ask that I get any driver besides *****.

There was good clear communication about pickup. The driver was prompt, very courteous. The car was clean and we arrived on time.
