I was extremely impressed with his turnaround time in responding to me, and the courtesy and professional manner in which he did so. His terms and conditions for reserving a car and driver are reasonable and fair. There is a formal reservation process so you know that you won't be left standing at the curb waiting for a ride that never comes, which happened to me with another limo service on my wedding day of all days!
