Linda Brandt made every effort to find ways to finance my loan. She is incredibly resourceful and I would highly recommend using Linda for any of your mortgage loans. Linda was even able to find a private lender to do this loan until I could get my DTI where it needed to be to qualify. Linda was easy to work with and responds quickly to questions. If your looking for the experience and qualifications of a good mortgage Banker Linda is the right choice.

Securing our mortgage presented some problems due to new income sources. Linda and Kelli smoothed out the bumps in the process and worked to get us the best rate and keep everything on track. Very professional and prompt. Even had paperwork completed early.
