Linda and Kelli were great to work with! They were reassuring when we were hesitant and they have enough experience to be truly reassuring, not just glib. They communicated with us at every step, keeping us aware of potential hazards and of every cleared hurdle. The only drawback I experienced was that Linda provided us a goodie bag at closing filled with kryptonite... I mean, peanut brittle.

Linda Brandt is a wonderful mortgage broker. She is clear, patient, and consistently helped us review all of our options. We were amazed by how consistently thorough and timely she was throughout the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, but knowing that we could call Linda at any time made us feel much better. We were very pleased and can't recommend Linda highly enough!

This is the second time I have worked with Linda and highly recommend her. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and goes out of her way to assist in any way possible. She is very prompt and on top of everything. She takes the time to explain the process each step of the way. I really can't say enough good things about Linda and the service she provides. Top notch.

Linda Brandt helped me with my first-time home buyer's 30 year fixed conventional loan, and I highly recommend her to help with your mortgage. Working with Linda and her team at Atlantic Bay Mortgage was probably one of the smoothest processes that we have ever been a part of. Linda is quick to respond to any inquiries and is great at keeping everyone in the process in the loop and on the same page. I wouldn't search too far for anyone else, as Linda Brandt is certainly the best in Western North Carolina!

Linda was fantastic to work with! She started our working relationship off by being the first to call me back! That really set the tone of our work together. She and her team were always available and had clear, open communication with me and each other. As a first time homebuyer she was very helpful walking me through the process and answering questions. She and her team kept me on track with updates and lists of needs. We closed on time without issue! What more could you want!
