I was referred to Linda and have never met Linda in person. With that being said, Linda was very knowledgeable and helpful through the refinance process - very professional too. She was always very patient, taking the time to explain the process, what to expect and preparing us for the next steps so that we understood the timeline. She was a blessing to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone I know that is interested in refinancing or purchasing a mortgage.
